I am a certified hypnotherapist from the École d’Hypnose Thérapeutique et Médicale du Quebec and New Brunswick. This rigorous full-time program includes a minimum of 1,200 hours of live training and a six-month supervised practicum. It is the only hypnotherapy school in Canada that has developed its curriculum based on scientific research and is taught by highly qualified professionals from various fields.

The program has been recognized by the Association Professionnelle pour la Santé Intégrale du Quebec (2025) and the International Hypnosis Convention Organisation in Paris (2023).
